Labor hrs for HC install?

For those that have had a package installed - was it a flat rate or by the hr?
How many labor hrs are reasonable for a heads cam swap on an LS1 vette?

id say 8-12 it all depends on how versed the person is really

It books at 6hrs.
It took me closer to 14 the first time, working alone.

Heads/Prep/Cam is not book time 6 hrs.

I can do a heads and cam swap on an F-body in 10 hours.

6 hrs to get the heads off maybe is accurate for book time.
I believe book is closer to 18 hrs and the swap normally runs 1000 - 1500
