How tight should the studs be ? Loc tite ? 5.7 liter.

I've always bottomed them out, then backed them off a turn or 2. Once you start torquing the nuts down, the bolts will settle wherever they want to. Just make sure the holes are clean.

I zip the studs in with a cordless drill and whatever size hex bit they are for fast install.
