Default wtf is making this sound? (video)

Why does my car chirp like birds? The sound is only audible through the exhaust. I fixed all exhaust leaks, the hangers arent making it, there is no top end noises (car pulled steady 20hg of vac) no sound coming from bottom end. The oil pressure is good, oil is clean. Im stumped i cant figure it out. You only hear it at idle and after a rev as it returns to idle. Youll hear the chirping sound in the video..

car has texas speed true duals, pacesetter headers, lid, 100 shot, tune. Ive pulled the plugs theyre good replaced the wires as well.

My car is making the EXACT same sound!! I posted a similar thread a few months ago and a friend suggested something but I haven't tried it.

I just fixed that exact sound and it was an exhaust leak.

You might have a pinhole somewhere in your exhaust. It is either that or it is a pulley or a belt. Have you tried pulling both belts and running it? I'd start with that.

To check for exhaust leaks, take a shop vac on blow and stick it in the tail pipe. Stick towels in the other tailpipes. Then go around the exhaust spraying soapy water on any place you might think it is leaking. If the soapy water bubbles, then you have a leak.

That's my thoughts. Really small exhaust leak either in a weld or a pipe itself, or the pulley/belts.

My C5Z does this on startup after it has been sitting for a few hours...usually clears up in less than a minute. I have been fighting belt squeak issues with it lately...

He had a really longwinded answer for how to test if it was drivetrain or exhaust... i'll get him to post it up in here.
