Default Ls engine oil problem

I am having trouble with the oil system on an LS1 engine. I have confirmed that the pump is pumping oil. The valve train is not getting any oil. Lifters are collapsed, top of heads are bone dry. The crank and rods appear to be getting oil. I have zero oil pressure at the sender it is confirmed working. I even removed it and no oil came out. Any ideas waht might be going on? The owner did a cam swap on it before I got it. Is it possible he screwed something up during the cam swap?
Thanks Mike

Barbell restrictor issue is possible. Here's one link I found to point you in the right direction:

Oil Pump o-ring would be my first thought. If the engine has been out recently, barbell restrictor like mentioned, possibly the plug on the front of the block next to the oil pump.

Have you been running it or just cranking it trying to build pressure? If the PO dropped the pump, you may need to crank it quite awhile to get pressure. Take out the spark plugs and let 'er spin until you get pressure. Also helps to prefill the filter.
