TSP 233/239 with decked heads?

TSP 233/239 with decked heads? I have a 98 SS, getting ready to purchase the 233/239 as a cam only car. I have the ms4, but it will not pass ptv clearance on intake or exhaust. The heads were decked, I was told by "5 thousands" how ever much that means.
I do not want to buy this cam, put it in just to find out that once again, im goin to have ptv clearance as im running out of money on this install lol.
Should this cam work fine?
