Give them a call. That will be the easiest and quickest way to get any answers you are looking for.

during busy season at work.. When making a phone call working 7 days a week 12 hours a day wasn't possible. I was under the impression that what their after hours message system was for..

Unless someone will be in at 9pm when I had a chance

Just message them on here thats what I did and got a PM response within a day or two. I have been working with John getting my car ready for a mail order tune and he has been top notch. Awesome guys!

Great guys to work with, They are in the busy season right now so response times sometimes may take a while. You got to remember they get hundreds of emails a day so on a very very rare occasion one may get missed, but just resend it and they will be back to you in the next day, or just call and they will help you right then and there.

You have to understand that this too is a very heavy season for any performance car parts dealer. In my experience in dealing with TSP, during this time of the year your best chance is the phone.

I feel for you if you are working long days but there is some point during that time you could call if you wanted and talk to one of the great guys up there.
