What to watch out for going Solid Roller?1
Ive read about oil pressure issues.... how do I combat that...?
anything else to look out for?
Valvetrain geometry can take a lot of work. More so even than hydraulic, your geometry has to be dead on.
Parts: You get what you pay for. Unfortunate, but it takes good parts to survive a solid roller.
I don't want to do thing cheaply but I would like to be running this year and not spend 5k extra if I don't have to...

lol...you called off the project 1 week after we first talked. How did I get you "tire of waiting"? You posted that in April and it is now July and you don't have your motor. How does that work out?
I'm just bustin your ***** Jeff
It's all good, we wen't a different route in R&D and are building street legal EO numbered setups. Were just now starting a 346 solid roller for a TA. I'll be interested in veiwing your results and feed back from your setup. PM me with any details if any on the DFI project.Robert

ehh...he can't help but to put it all in his sig. I'm not so interested in the specs, but in how Jeff likes the characteristics and the tuning. The setup we're building and what Jeff is ending up with are fairly different.
