I think good ported 243/799 heads and a decent sized cam will get you very close to those goals, even with the LS6 intake. I am hoping to be right at 440rwph with my Advanced Induction CNC'd Dart/RHS heads, Tick Performance cam and LS6 intake. I would take a look at the Advanced Induction Dart/RHS heads if you don't already have 243/799 heads laying around. Just e-mail Phil and he can give you a price quote for them.

Another option is to look through the classified section for heads.

you can get a used BBK intake for $300.consider some TSP 5.3 heads with a Torquer V3 or ms3 cam ,should make 440+rwhp..or look at a vengeance racing head/valve train pkg.
