Almost all shelf cams are designed for a conventional LS style plastic manifold. The Victor requires a different set of valve events to work well.

However, EPS has a shelf-cam for single plane intake manifolds. It's a 236/248 .615" 108 LSA. In a 370, that would probably work pretty well.

EPS states:

This cam is designed to give a broad powerband with lots of midrange torque when used in conjunction with a single plane 4 barrel type intake manifold. Most cams designed to work with stock type intake manifolds have really poor torque characteristics when used with a single plane intake. This cam will have a very strong power band in comparison to most other 'stock intake' cams when used with a single plane intake manifold.

2200 to 7000 RPM Operating Range.

That'd still be fine. I think that EPS cam is ground on a 108+4, which if you're around 10.5:1 won't be too bad. If you could get it closer to 10.8:1 it'd work better.

Go with a custom grind.
