Engine developed rattle/ticking noise, what could it be? Does it sound expensive? :(

Mobil 3000 X1 5W-40.
I have to mention, knock became much much worse after one trip/race, where I burned a lot of oil, and oil level dropped to a minimum. So I'm guilty in having it drop that low.
What's your opinion on the oil?
