anyways, I was thinking about putting the TR 220/220 .553/.553 112 LSA or the TR 224/224 .563/.563 112 LSA. I looked at the dyno graph for the latter and it was done with stock heads, but it has LTs. what can I expect out of these cams with nothing more than a loudmouth, a lid and a filter? thanks

oh also, I would love to do this work myself...but dont have the tools nor the technical know-how nor the garage space 
so whats the average install price for just the cam? also, am I gonna need anything like springs etc. with the new cam?

i did a cam with my stock 01 ws6 exhaust.i did'nt gain alot,but when i added Lt's the car woke right up. it was a night and day difference in power.if you don't have the money for both right now,get the headers first. i would go for the 224 cam over the 220.
