Did you buy it brand new? Before you install it remove all the screws from the bottom access plate and loc-tite them. The screws in my access plate all came loose after about 5k miles and I had to take the intake back off and do this. Mine bolted right on though.

Yes, definitely put some Blue Loctite on all the bottom access plate screws, You'll probably also need a ls6 intake steam vent tube/rear block kit. Furthermore if you're going to buy a new TB get a 85mm, not 80mm. You also might want to buy port seals, unless the seals on your ls1 intake are in excellent shape.

You shouldn't need anything other than what came with it. It should have come with a button head bolt that you use to replace the far rear passenger side bolt on the valley cover. Have you not read the provided instructions yet? It covers all of this.

FYI, the BBK intake is noticeably heavier make it harder to get into position gracefully, so it would hurt to have a buddy on hand. I'd also use some rubber-bands between the rear 2 mount bolts on each side to hold the bolts up, and make sure to follow the torque sequence.

Thank you all for the respones.intake is successfully installed.all that was needed was to swap rear passenger valley cover bolt with the one supplied.we applied blue loctite on the bolts on the covear on intake, gave them a firm tight.on the tb since gasket was not included im not sure why .(bought new from ws6store) i bought the gasket maker from a local auto parts and that was itls1 coolant cross over lines did not needed to be replaced for ls6..they work great no fitment issues..oh and yes opsu was broken and replaced presure went up

-wanna thank member 99_Trans Am,a buddy of mine for the help on install
