Valve Springs???

hey im in the market for a new cam and I want to know what all i need to adjust besides pcm and valve springs....

Which valve springs are good in the market and where can I get them thx for the info...

What is the lift on the cam. The comp cam 918's are probably the most popular springs for anything with less than 600 lift.

I use Manley's with my F4 cam(.575 lift). I got them from SDPC with titanium retainers for like $180, that deal can't be beat.
