I request that springs be checked once every year or 10k miles whichever comes first. I prefer every year though FWIW.

Of course not everyone follows these rules...yes that means you my cammed children....

Well guys I ordered my cam with Martin, I didnt get the exact specs of it because it was prescribed by Martin himself but he said it was between the polutter v2 and the sns v2 I believe. Either way I am pleased and cant wait!!! Martin has been helpful and patient. Even when the plumber was at the door and I got help up he was cool as ever. Thanks Martin, when I get the cams info I will post it unless martin beats me to it.

The cam we decided on is "in between" the SNS Stage 2 and Polluter V.2 in terms of size and valve overlap.

I felt it was a nice "in between". It is our LS2 Stage 3 SNS camshaft and is 235/239 .621"/.624" 112+3.

This cam made 435/390 on a mustang dyno with TEA Stg. 1 243 heads and a stock LS6 intake manifold through a 9" rear end and 4.11's. I believe the members name is Tury G on this forum.

Brian Tooley Platinum springs with tool steel retainers I believe unless you ordered Ti, which I can't remember.
