02 Lq9 rods weak? Are ls3 heads on an lq9 problematic Hey guys I was told by friend that the 02 lq9 motors have weaker rods compared to the later models, is this true? Also is there and issue with using an ls3 top end on an lq9 or ls2 bottom end? I have heard there is a problem with combustion chambers size in conjunction with the motor? Is this true? Thanks in advance for the info, any and all positive comments are greatly appreciated.
