Default Where will a 408 Iron Block Stroker make most of its power?

Topic says it all. I am going to be putting a 408 Iron Block Stroker into my car and I have a 4500 stall which I have been running for a while now. I have had several people tell me that with this stroker setup, most of my power will be down low and that my 4500 stall will be over shooting my power? What do you guys think? Where will the 408 make most its power and should I consider getting a smaller TC instead of my 4500 stall I have now??

Thanks

It'll depend on the camshaft chosen and gearing.

+1 I would contact FMS and let them choose a cam for you.
