Default 5.3 vs 6.0 Boosted/Stroked

Deciding on engine for a dd 2005ish truck that'll tow ocassionaly but not everyday, and has to have some get up and go. Now tell me if say anything wrong but would a 5.3 turned to 383 with twin turbos on low boost turn out well? Same with the 6.0 going to a 408 with twin turbos on low boost? Basically what im asking in the end which one would last longer cause thats more important to me than hp, tq, mpg. Im willing to spend extra money on something worth it that doesn't bother me to much. Now these questions also be asked with single turbo if theirs not enough room btw. I dont mind having either engine i can live with either one.

Either would work pretty well with the right heads cam and tune. The 408 would be better overall because even in a boosted motor there is no replacement for displacement and the larger bore will breathe better. Either one wth a good forged piston and 8lbs or less boost will last practically forever with the right tune. I'd shoot for 9.5:1 compression to compensate for any turbo lag and still be boost friendly for when the turbo spools up.

Thanks gunslinger. Now does anyone have any advice or pics for installing the turbos like location wise. On a 05-early07 Chevy or Gmc 2500.
