Lokar cable is what I've seen people use.

Stock 99 fbody non cruise control...
Cut to length, get a universal Carb end from any auto parts store...
Take the throttle body in so they can match up the thread size for the ball end...there. are only 2 sizes used.. but I can't remember which one it is on the that one.
