On a 317 head any idea about how many cc's I will increase the cc too if all I do is clean up the roughness of the chambers ? I'm planning on putting these heads back on a LQ9 block I have and am planning on milling them
.030 to raise compression slightly.

Very little, nothing that will make a huge difference as long as you don't takes tons of material out of the chamber.
