Default Engine Build Excel Spreadsheet? Anyone have?

There was an excel spreadsheet that was very well done floating around here about a month ago. On this spreadsheet, listed all the parts needed for a head and cam build, and what they would cost. I'm currently tallying up stuff and needed this as it is very helpful. After multiple searches and a few hours looking without luck, I've decided to just go ahead and post a thread. Does anyone have this on them? It was on my old computer, but I no longer have access to it (constant blue screen of death and crashes).

Here is the list I made. This is for a truck motor, so some of the P/N's won't apply, however the overall scope of parts needed should be very close.

RezIn Texas, that's her. Thank you so much. Your list is extremely helpful. I know it took a lof of time and research because I'm putting one together right now and it's taking forever. Again, thanks!
