intake manifold install help

intake manifold install help hey guys i need some awesome insight here, just did a weiand ls1 air ram intake manifold install, new plugs, wires, O2s and bbk long tube headers.
got her all back together double checked all vacuum and electrical lines, and o2s, and fired her up.
she revs up to 3k then stalls out and dies, followed by smell of fuel.
all the plugs are fireing (checked the inside of the new wires) but cant figure out why its flooding with fuel.
Any thoughts guys?
