ok....read up.....

BIG POWER + STOCK REAR + DRAG RADIAL = BROKEN REAREND

If you wanna go big...
you gota put in a 12 bolt or a 9 inch
and you better make it 4.10's or 4.30's...you could go with 4.56's but daily driving would be a bitch...

I am putting the magic stick 1 in my car motor should be in the car in about two week if you want email me and i will give you all the details. Also i would watch what you do with stock rear end if you keep street tires you will probably be ok. Also I really recomend 231/237 it just wasn't enough for me.

In my opinion this doesn't go togther well with anything over a 230. Am I wrong? I know it's all in the tune I but I think he should stick with something in the 224-230 ish range. Maybe the TSP 231. Bu tI wouldn't go any bigger than that.

eh i have to disagree i think my 231/237 cam is just fine for street use and even more so im sure on a m6 car...for god sake ive got an auto & 2.73's and love the driveability of this cam...thats not to say you shouldnt go with a smaller cam...after seeing my results im sure i couldve gone with a smaller cam and made nearly the same #'s but this cam isnt that bad on springs in comparison to some of the other cams out there so its all good...and damn if it doesnt sound badass im diggin the looks of that 225 tsp cam but thats me well thats me if i was a tree hugger lol

OK, I'll say it; without heads stick with the TR224-112 max. Don't fall into the trap of over camming your car. There is an excellent discussion about cam selection here lately..read it.

Forget the drag radials on a stock 10 bolt. You won't be driving it everyday when you spit those 4:10's out the back.

Some simple 10 bolt math:
Drag radials + stock 10 bolt + 4:10 + TR224 =

i'm surpised your rearend is still together right now, even with the stock cam. Do a search for "TSP" i believe they made a post awhile back listing many cams in the works they have. They also already have some info and dyno numbers on a new 225 cam. Check out the numbers it put down in the dyno forum
