Default Installing Rollmaster Double Roller

Quick question. The crank gear for the rollmaster has two dots on it. I am assuming that I install the keyed crank on the keyway with the dot for standard positions (i.e. no advance or retard)? Correct? Its just weird seeing the timing mark at a different position on the crank gear than the keyway dot.

Make sure the number one piston is at top dead center, then put the gear on with the coresponding mark at 12:00

Yeah, the dot on the "rim face" of the sprocket is where you key it for no advance or retard. The dot on the tooth is for timing.
