Hard to say from the video but it sounds like a broken or damaged lifter to me. How does the oil look? How is the oil pressure? Any metal on the magnetic drain plug?

No way is that a normal engine noise UNLESS you are dealer trying to pass something off on someone.

Oil look fine when I changed it. Plug had no metal.
Oil pressure around 40 idle, up to 60 under throttle.
Listening to other videos sounds like lifter noise.

If I had liters replaced. What would you all recommend?

Thanks

You could pull the valve cover and check for damaged rockers and push rods.
