A couple weeks ago got ahold of them on Facebook. He sent me a phone number. When ready to order found they went to Biktoberfest. Waited til day they were supposed to be back, called several times. No answer no call back. Called several times since then, same, no answer. Hesitant to order anything from ebay as I dont want to tie up funds in case something may have happened. They were first choice as they are relatively close so shipping would have been quick, however now I am running out of time as I need to get this thing running.

Looking for alternatives.

If your outta time just run it unported, you won't even notice..

Then research and you can port it yourself if you have a dremel and a steady hand

new era ported my stock one, came out great.think I went 10.9 or low 11's cam only back in the day. I'm sure you will find some place that dose it a few dollers less. But they have been doing LS1 mods for years, porting LS1 TBs and dyno testing them since the LS1 came out. Never changed names, ripping anyone off, any of that.. $75 you get your TB back, no core charge. Same day porting and they mail it back.

I would just do it yourself. There is a great video on Youtube that shows you how to do it. Just don't drink a pot of coffee and do it.
