Default LQ9 Pistons

I have a LQ4 and was thinking of putting LQ9 pistons in it. Would I have to get rotating assembly balanced?

Do you know the weight difference between the different types of pistons?

Yes it will need to be balanced if the piston weights are different than the stock ones, and most likely it will be.
