Default What would you do?

Well i'm at an impass. i am trying to choose between two options. Stroker h/c car of a forged internals blower car. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for a 383 h/c setup. right now my 99 SS has a mti lid, slp lt headers, ORY and slp dual dual exhaust. my goal is about 450 rwhp and reasonable streetability my total budget is about 10k. Thanks for your help.

I would to the forged stroker motor. Possibly consider doing an all bore motor, the stock crank is pretty stout, and you can get get a couple extra cubes by offset grinding the stock crank. Plus if you ever want more power you could always spray it. The blower motor would be nice too, probably more maintainence and harder to tune.
