Default Push rod and Valve spring choice help

i am getting a comp cam 230/236 with lsa 112+4 .602/.592 ! Im wondering what would be the cheapest pushrods and valve springs to get but to run my car properly! ls1. i have heard of people using the wooden sticks as push rods but i dont know to much bout that or if its healthy! someone help!

I have an old friends drum sticks that he cut down & used in his rotary engine, i can sell them real cheap to you!

Those wooden sticks works great I run them I spin my motor to 10k rpm make sure you get the harden wooden sticks though or they might break

I use tooth picks glued together for extra light weight valvetrain . I spin mine 12,500!
