I spin my motor to 10k rpm 
make sure you get the harden wooden sticks though or they might break

Push rod and Valve spring choice help i am getting a comp cam 230/236 with lsa 112+4 .602/.592 ! Im wondering what would be the cheapest pushrods and valve springs to get but to run my car properly! ls1. i have heard of people using the wooden sticks as push rods but i dont know to much bout that or if its healthy! someone help!
