5th gen manifolds on 02 5.3?

5th gen manifolds on 02 5.3? Basically, will they fit? Exhaust manifold off a 5th gen camaro.
Also, whats the difference between them and an 02 fbody manifold? Better? Worse? Same? Needing to replace my truck manifolds with a slimmer profile manifold. (Dropping it in an 88 RX7, and the manifolds don't fit, need fbody manifolds. Everyone uses 99-02 or so... no one has tried the 5th gen ones though)
Anywho, bit of rambling, but hopefully you guys can help me out!
