Id replace the lifter trays and do the comp trunion upgrade while youre in there as well. Are you going to measure for pushrod length?

There is a used ms3 cam for $250 on fb. And the list looks good to me , but it would be a great idea to get new intake manifold gaskets since its already off.

$100 at summit for trunion kit ... your going to need new head bolts GM bolt are not reuseable and they are torque to yield..ARP is a better choice..they are reuseable and torque to FT. LBS.

They look just alike...the retainer clips on the trunion shaft is a little larger but that the only difference that I could see.

Default Info

rivasl650, Take a few minutes and look at the link below, It is a very good insite to what is needed and the steps to take to achieve success.

http://www.ls1howto.com/index.php?article=2

Also depending if your car currently has the LS1 PCV now would be the best time to complete the LS1 to LS6 PCV conversion as well. Here is a link to it as well.

Hope this helps out.

yea i didnt really want to do that cuz ima have to get everything installed nd ima have to wait for the pushrods to get here after nd the build is gonna take longer, my mechanic said it was gonna take him a day to rebuild it nd idk if he wants to keep my car there for like a whole week lol
