Hey I have a 5.3 here that I am doing with the 706 heads, I also have a LS1 cam out of a 98 Trans-Am, the lift is a 496/496 lift i think it's the stock cam. I also have a LS1 intake from a 00 SS Camaro along with the the throttle from the same Camaro. My question is will i need a tune for this to run good or can i get away with a stock tune? I plan on going with a truck wiring and PCM. The cam is bran new a friend of mine gave it to me, he had it boxed with lots of oil on it and it was free along with the intake, and throttle that's why I took it all.
