I'm going to have to pick one of these up. Does it come with the actual damper or do you have to purchase that separately?

Disregard, I found they sell a kit with the damper also.

I have the GMPP LS6 damper from Katech. It's much more expensive. But it bolts right to the block (if newer and tapped). I got a bad bolt in the kit (or I had oil in the bolt hole) and it broke off in the block. I had to remove it and run an ARP thread chaser through. Some hardware store bolts now hold it in place and it seems to be a nice piece... but VERY expensive.

maybe there's a difference between the grey damper and the tan one....I've got the tan one and had no problems.

Assuming you tried flipping it around and installing it the other way?

I dont know if there is a difference between the two or not. But I removed mine yet again tonight. I'm going to check a couple more out tomorrow. Jake thinks that I have a little too much slack in my chain.
