The Charger SRT-8 weighs 4300 (holy sh**) with 470 HP and runs 12.8 in the quarter (Wiki). Do Intake (LS6 if you don't have it already) and Exhaust (headers to a good y-pipe or duals) with a tune, and you'll beat him. Just watch your launch and get traction.
The 2010 Camaro SS has a 0-60mph time of 4.6 Seconds and a Quarter Mile time of 13.3 @ 108mph with the automatic, and 13.4 @ 108 with the manual transmission. If you can drive, and your car isn't heavy, you would beat this stock. Otherwise, Intake, Exhaust, and tune like above.
Edit: You need a lot of sh**.

You've got a big heavy car and since you don't want any type of Forced induction You need a larger engine like a TSP 402 or 408 C.I.D. long block.

If I was in your shoes, I would make sure you have a good clutch in the car, sticky tires, cam and tune it, and spray it with a 100 shot. Take out any extra weight like spare tire/jack or whatever you can live without. As long as you can drive that should get you there.

Honestly it depends on how much you weigh. I say that bc if you weigh around 3500lbs then i say full bolt ons will beat the camaros and ported heads and a decent cam should def beat the chargers. Also a really good tune goes along way after upgrading

Now i go with intake, headers, custom exhaust & tune. I tried with charger rt 5.7l & beat him but when I see ls2 bolt-ons vs srt 6.4l stock the srt wins.Did u think if i get cam i can beat srt?
How can I reach 500 hp ?
I can't change the engine now because I just rebuilt my engine & get t56 gear .

For a stock size LS1 to reach 500 rwhp naturally aspirated you'll need a big budget, big cam and a high compression ratio, and it probably won't be a car you would want to daily drive.
With a 383 or larger engine you'll be able to have a car that's more DD friendly.

You might be better off selling your LS1 and stepping up to a 6.0 based 402/408. This will probably cost less in the end than building a 383 out of your LS1 especially if you sell your engine to offset the upgrade! You'll be able to reach 500 rwhp easier and have a better daily driver. And don't forget to put some GOOD parts in that 8.5" 10 bolt!!
