I would call several of the vendors and have them set you up with a package. There are a ton of choices but I highly recommend Martin @ Tick performance based of his customer service.

You're going to need a pretty stout setup to reach 450 rwhp + with a stalled auto. Just remember that dynos can vary quite a bit sometimes, so don't get you heart set on a paticular number

We have a Cathedral Port Heads/Cam Package that should include everything that you're looking for. Check it out HERE. Also, if you have any questions on your setup, feel free to give us a call anytime.

Does that budget include install? If not, you've got a pretty nice sized budget just for H/C. I'd go along the lines of AFR/AI/TEA for heads. All depends of what you want to do though.
