Default What heads should I be looking at

Take a close look at my mods...I think I'm looking for your classic ported 243s. Im just not sure who to go with/ what porting specs I should be looking at to match my cam. I'm working with about a $1500 budget.
Can you start throwing some suggestions at me...and give alittle explanation.
Its easy to research and shop of course...but alittle tricky to understand no matter how many fking times I read "head selection..ect"

AI and Tea would be close to your budget. Find a cheap set of 243 or 799 in the classifieds there been a ton of them lately. Send them off for there cnc. Advanced induction are a great head , and i think a little cheapier than the tea. Tsp makes one of the best priced ls6 head like 1200 for prc stage 1 ls6 heads and i believe 100 more for stage 2. They flow the same but the latter have bigger valves. Those are some of the common cnc heads but there are many. Im going to so prc stagw 1.0 heads or just throw a pair of stock ls6 heads on.

Im just unsure of what specs I should be looking at with this fairly mild cam.
I just need to narrow it down to a couple options. But narrowing it down to the 2 or 3 best options is difficult. I lack knowledge their of when it comes to heads man. The #s unfortunately confuse the **** outta me.

Good point...figured I'd get some ideas from here to present to Martin first.

I wish I could remember what TO share.... You've gotta understand talking to Geoff; He'll hit you with so much truth so fast, it's like you just want to fall on your knees and repent to the LS Gods for every thought you've ever had.

In short he said the TEA's always showed great and consitent gains and that's what he recommends.

Yea. I asked Geoff a few questions when he was tuneing my car and he really hit me with it. Pretty much forget everything you know and start from scratch!
