Ls1 Overhaul 2002 Camaro SS 35th anniversary:
I want to overhaul my engine because I have very bad piston slap and leaking oil from a bad seal on the engine. I want to cam my engine and do any other types of mods I can do to add more HP. What all should I get to do this and what is the price range going to look like?

Decide how much money is available.
I would pull the engine first, then make an accounting of the more severe issues.
From the age factor, virtually everything, short of pistons, crank, and heads, will need replacing.
