Default Coolant leaking from top of rear engine

I was putting coolant on the radiator, and when it was full i noticed it started to leak from the back of the block, like very slow drips but then it stopped... what could it be?

Did you install one without the little metal gasket? I had one stick to my old heads and when I reinstalled, I didn't noticed. I caught it before starting up.
