reuse rod bolts on a bone-stock L59 ?
I wanna pull a couple pistons to take a peek at the rings/bores/bearings
I'm know these motors use TTY and angle torque specs.
Can someone offer a general guideline on when it's ok to reuse any fasteners on these motors? mains, heads, rods ideally. My forum search has me more confused than ever...
Thanks for the schooling.

I personally would not Re-Use Rod bolts...
they are a stretch to yield bolt....
once they are stretched into place....they are worthless if you pull them out.
new ones are cheap... just go buy some new ones
this also goes for Main bolts and Head bolts
unless you have bought specific ARP versions made to be reused in some applications...
do not reuse them.
