Default Cams for N/A vs EFI

Guys I'm new to LS engines and trying to learn and read more as to what I know with old school gen 1 sbc.
My question is this, are guys running different cam profiles with a Carb setup vs injection on any giving CID assuming without any power adders on LS engines.. I was looking into a 408 NA.. For now it s a paper build or idea, but mostly looking learning the LS engines.. I have a 67 prostreet camaro.. Street/strip in mind.. It seems too that cam profiles are different for cathedral ports heads vs square port heads like the LS3 heads.. Is this true as well?
I'm still learning so please bare with me.. Thanks for any info.

EFI is naturally aspirated unless it has some sort of forced inducton last time I checked.

Yes the cams for EFI vs Carb are different. The duration on a carb setup can be much longer than on EFI and you can run straight duration. On the EFI you will most commonly find a split duration rating on the shaft.

I bought two books that helped categorize the differents between Gen1 and Gen 3+4.

Thank you for the input.. As I was doing more google searches I found more info on this very subject supports what your saying.. I personally thought the grids would be different but with LS engines I was not sure.. Still learning more into the ls engines.
