Default Warmer air, leaner engine?? IAT question.

My engine runs leaner with warmer IAT temperatures, which is counterintuitive from my experiences with carburetors, and makes me believe the PCM is overcompensating for air temp changes. Is there a way to calibrate the IAT sensor? I have the 98 LS1.

Try the correct forum.. Tune/diagnostics. You may well get more responses.

Why do you say the engine runs leaner? It's usually the opposite.

Can't really calibrate the IAT sensor, but you can make changes to the fueling in the tuned based on intake temp.
