241s vs 317s
i just picked up a lq4 short block for cheap. which would be a better set of heads for it the 317s or 241s? i have a set of each and either set could be ported. or i had a friend tell me since i dont have a intake yet that i should look into a l92 set up. The cam i will be using is a trickflow specs : 228/230 .585"/.585" 112 lsa. or what a friend told me to go with an l92 set up as
thanks for your help.

I would go with the 241's if your staying N/A, and already have them. The 66cc combustion chamber with a thinner .040" head gasket would get you to 10:1 compression. Mill the heads some and that will get you to the 10.5:1 range with the dished LQ4 piston. That with your cam, a good exhaust and intake you'll have 400+ HP at the wheels.
