Arrow Off brand head stud questions...

Hey guys, after reading multiple build threads most by denmah ive decided to use the off brand head studs made by "alpermotorsports." They are 8740 chromoly steel supposedly good for 190,000 psi. Im doing a HCI 5.3 with nitrous and feel these studs should be more than enough. When I recieved the studs they came with no directions.... What are you guys using for torque specs and also i would like to use ARP moly lube, what studs should get them? Thanks the help!

Question specs

I feel you should contact "alper", if they made them , they should know... not sending any specs could have been a mistake... if not that be cautious...

I don't get it, I always see threads about alper head studs and people not getting the torque specs from them..

Alper should send them with the kit, they should be punished!

I have used the Alper Motorsports studs a couple times when I was dealing with a super tight budget and I always had good success with them. When I used them I went with the ARP torque specs and used the ARP moly lube on them. If I remember correctly I did 3 torque steps 25ft lbs/50ft lbs/75ft lbs on the larger nuts and 25ft lbs on the smaller nuts.

Hope this link helps:

I asked about 25-50-75 lbs. with ARP Lube and they said it should be good to go.
