Default TFS as cast 220 heads

Does anyone know if the exhaust ports are in the exact came location as a stock GM head, not raised higher? I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on some heads, but by the time i buy a used set of 243's, send them to TEA, have LS3 valves put in, i will be around the price of the Trickflows. I'd rather order a set of TF's from Brian Tooley and have him work them. I just wondered if the thicker deck on the TFS heads raised the exhauset ports, headers won't tolerate much movement.
