Cool Stroker Kit Help

Hey guys..So im new to the car world here..i have a 99 vette with 125,000 miles..i plan on rebuilding the engine myself but into a stroker engine..now being that my block is aluminum and not iron im told i have little possibilities..383 is ok but wanted to do a 408..anyways what should I do..or what are my possiblities if a 383 is all i can do then thats could but if not what else can i get and where can i get these kits from. thanks

383 is about it. A 408 is a 4.030" bore with a 4.0" stroke, but you can't go to a 4.030" bore in an LS1 block with stock sleeves, so it's not really an option. You can go up to a 3.905" bore and 4.0" stroke for 383ci.

You could put in a 4.125" stroke crank, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're a well seasoned engine builder. It's a little tricky and turn into a disaster if not done properly.

Now I see different kits a different prices for a 383..what would be a good brand
