Low idle, car dieing

Or the last couple days the car (2000 camaro) has been having idle problems on start up. The first time it idled low and then die, I restarted the car and it was fine. It has probably repeated this scenario 5-10 times over the last few day. The last time I tried to start the car it wouldn't start and the gauges showed no electricity. I went under the hood and tried to tighten the battery, nothing really moved but it started right up. Any ideas?
Factory tune with recent headers and fuel system install. When running shows steady 62psi

Vacuum leak? IAC?

Is there a way to check the IAC without just replacing it? And I can check for a leak with some brake cleaner but I looked around and there was nothing obvious and I havnt removed the manifold... Ever

I have a feeling it's something electrical, could the ignition switch cause anything like this?

when you said it didnt start and no elec to guages...was it cranking?

No crank, no radio... Was pretty much dead. Wiggled the pos and neg cable to the battery, the bolts were solid. Went back in and it started right up

I would replace the battery unless it was almost new. A battery is an "intermittent component" by definition. I would also check the battery cable condition and connections at the motor as well as major grounds.
