5.3 ptv clearance with big cam/factory pistons

5.3 ptv clearance with big cam/factory pistons I have the cam pictured below. I'm pretty sure flat tops would be marginal but would it be a problem with a 5.3 with factory dished pistons? Thanks for any help.
