I'm going to remove my intake manifold from my 99 z28 because my knock sensors have gone bad. I was told that I have to change the the intake manifold gasket. My question is which gaskets to buy, which do I need I checked on ebay and there's various one's and they all look different.

I don't mind waiting. I ordered the knock sensors from ebay and I'm currently waiting on them.

Does anybody know what the other 2 gaskets do or what there for exactly.

Sometimes when you do a lot of milling the intake doesn't sit right, those other gaskets might fill in the gap

The first gasket is for a 2.2 engine, the center pic is for an LS1/LS2/LS6 engine and the last pic is for an LS1,2&6 with an aftermarket aluminum intake manifold.

And get a knock sensor jumper harness, as water gets into the knock sensor wells & corrodes the harness terminals. GM has a TSB about creating a water dam with silicone around the knock sensor wells to keep water out.

I bought the MS92438 kit off Amazon for $22 with free shipping. It fit nicely. Pictures of the oring intake port gasket can be seen here in post #11.
