Default 230-232 112lsa lift help.

Can anyone help me figure out my lift specs? All I know is the cam came out of a friends car, and it was stamped 230/232 112, but I don't know the lift and it's killing me on trying to get the right setup for the 243 heads I'm buying. He sold me the springs and pushrods that came out of the same motor also that the cam was in, but I lost rocker bearings so I don't know if my springs are too much for them. They are stock rockers and I do plan on doing a trunion kit. I just need my cam specs. And any advice is well appreciated.

Any marking on the cam or where it was purchased?

If you can get a micrometer you can measure the lobe and see what it is. The lobes are shaped like eggs, measure from the blunt end to the pointed end, then subtract the measurement perpendicular to that
