Default does this sound right

I have a 4.8 with about 200-250 miles on a fresh rebuild rings, bearings ,cam anyways I have changed the oil twice already, and the other morning I hear a knock. so sat morning I was able to pick the motor up a couple inches block it and slide the oil pan out. and no. 1 is rattling, now I had the crank turned .010 and got the bearings from the machine shop. they were the aluminum coated and the coating is what came off.The bearing didn't get shredded and didn't hurt the crank, so I was stumped at why this happened then this morning I go to polish the crank and notice the oil journal was not chamfered. I did look at the crank when I got it home and I checked it and they were, but I must have missed that one and so did the machine shop. now has that happened to any one else thanks guys
