Question Main bolts torque sequence method?

Do you guys force the crank forward when torquing all the main bolts or just the #3 main cap needs forward force and torqued? Then torque to specs.I have read different methods when it comes to this.Just wondering what method you went with.

Main cap 10mm inner 15 ft-lb plus 80 degrees

Main cap 10mm outer 15 ft-lb plus 53 degrees

Main cap 8mm side bolts 18 ft-lb
